Dr. Chloe Scheel will be going on maternity leave from 10/10/24 - 1/2025. During this time, her practice will be covered by Dr. Taylor McShane.

To review lab results, or review in more detail than an email provided, please schedule an appointment
For prescription refills, please request through your pharmacy. This allows for quicker refills, less mistakes, and covering providers to approve refills. NO refills will be done through email.
If you are hoping to schedule a sooner appointment than my schedule allows, please call the front desk and ask to be put on my waiting list.
For updates regarding your health, emails will be reviewed prior to your next visit – do not expect a response prior.
For forms that need to be filled out (such as FMLA, medical necessity letters, prior authorizations, work documents, etc.) please schedule a visit. If forms need to be done outside of a visit, there will be a $30 time of service fee.
