My not-so-guilty pleasure recently has been avocado pudding! When cutting back on sugars, this is an easy life hack that still allows you that creamy, rich, sweet taste, but with none of the guilt!
2-3 ripe avocados
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup chocolate chips, broken up chocolate, or double the cocoa powder
3 tablespoons of almond milk
1/4-1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
dash of salt
1/4 cup maple syrup or 4-5 dates
Put it all in a food processor and process until smooth!
Place in air tight containers and refrigerate for 24 hours before serving for best flavor.
But lets be real - I eat some right away!
