I recently came across a blog post by Women's Health with title, "7 Five Minute Dinners that Nutritionists Eat," and it was too good to not share! Here are some really quick ideas to keep meals healthy and balanced.
My personal favorite meal lately has been the rice (or rice alternative like quinoa) with beans, spinach, and broccoli! Make a large batch of beans and freeze in serving-sized containers. When you need, them, just pop them in hot water for 10-15 minutes to defrost. For a little more kick, try the spice blends below (also found on Women's Health)
