/No matter who you are, changing your diet is always a challenge. It's difficult to find new recipes and learn about new ingredients and how to cook them. Although this does take some time, a whole foods diet should never feel limited, leave you hungry, or not be tasty... it should be exactly the opposite- Plentiful, Satisfying, and Delicious! Here are some resources I have found to be helpful in recreating my favorite meals with whole food ingredients, as well providing inspiration to try new foods!
