RETRUN VISIT INFORMATION

Return visits are scheduled on an individual basis. 

• For acute conditions, expect 1 visit and a follow up visit if needed.

• For chronic conditions, expect regular visits in the beginning while we establish care, and to decrease frequency of visits as progress is made.

• For acupuncture, expect 4-6 treatments within 2-4 weeks.

CONTACT INFORMATION

If the situation requires immediate medical attention, please call 9-1-1 at once or go to an urgent care or emergency room. If not, please sent a message through the patient portal.

There is no charge for emails or phone calls regarding clarification of your current treatment plan such as supplement or medication doses, or when your physician has requested that you check in about your response to a treatment. There will be a fee, however, of $30 to $50, depending on length of time required, for emails or phone calls regarding a new health problem, information requiring medical advice or an issue that requires your chart being pulled and information being recorded. You will be notified of this. You are always welcome to schedule an appointment or hold your questions until your next session if it’s not an urgent matter.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your scheduled appointment at any time before 48 hours. If you cancel within 48 hours of you appointment, you will be charged $75 for your missed appointment. 

Exceptions are always made for unpredictable circumstances such as inclement weather, power outages, emergencies, etc. Please contact Dr. Chloe Scheel at cscheel@kwanyinhealingarts.com directly if needed. 

If Dr. Scheel needs to cancel an appointment due to a sickness, inclement weather, or an emergency, you will notified as soon as possible and be rescheduled in a timely manner.
